- Life-Saving Measures (CPR, AED, and Recovery Position) – Comprehensive training on performing Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), and placing a casualty in the recovery position to keep their airway open.
- Handling Bleeding and Shock – Effective techniques to control bleeding and manage shock, which are vital in trauma situations.
- Injuries and Fractures – Learn how to stabilize fractures, sprains, and other injuries to prevent further harm before medical professionals arrive.
- Burns, Scalds, and Poisoning – First Aid procedures for treating burns, scalds, and poisoning to ensure prompt care for these serious conditions.
- Medical Emergencies (Heart Attacks, Strokes, etc.) – How to recognize and respond to medical emergencies like heart attacks, strokes, and seizures, ensuring timely action.
